Well, guess spring is not that ready to come to Northeast Ohio.... More cold weather and snow and I doubt it is over yet!!! My eating plan is not going well due to several injury and health issues and, right now, I am really depressed over that....
I do not know how that is going to affect my continued participation to the end of April; at this time. Not looking forward to weigh in on Saturday.....

March - 9th blog
As my scale indicates I have pretty much gained back the weight I lost; I was bemoaning and blaming this fact on the fact that for 2 months I had been fighting a virus and had no energy, then sprained my knee (which still is not back to normal) for this re-gain.... .I was reading one of my magazines when I came across a short article by Kelly Osbourne who several years ago had lost quite a bit of weight. She has a very ambitious exercise regimine - but she is also in her 20's -... anyway she was still frustrated because of an ankle injury she sustained that limited her exercise
routine; especially jogging. Briefly she had 6 gym free ways to lose weight -
1. look at food as fuel, not comfort (or a treat as I do!!)
2. don't drink your calories (oh gosh I need that wine tonight!!)
3. beware of "healthy" foods that aren't. Fat free sometimes means more sugar.(for sure)
4. wait 20 mins after you eat for the brain to get the message you are full (sometimes my brain takes longer!!)
5. figure out just what exercise you can do...focus on your core....
6. hang in there... focus more on you and keep eating healthy and doing what exercise you can do even with an injury......
Well, I've got to go now... I'm going to do my chair routine that I learned at Silver Sneakers.!! See ya!
